Beast Mode With Brains

Primal Strength uses primal movement (rocking, rolling, and crawling) and energy medicine (Qigong) to unify the body-mind-spirit. Gentle movements based on Tai Chi are used to relax the nervous system. Then primal movements are used to re-connect every part of your body into a single, unified whole.

Intimate and insightful, this program gives students the opportunity to master their body in complex, highly coordinated ways.

In addition to basic developmental movements, more advanced crawling patterns are introduced, along with “carries”, “get ups” and other dynamic skills. These movements develop whole body integrated, efficiency, and power which transfers directly to real world activities. Unify you body into a elemental force of nature, so you can sprint, surf, fight, and climb like never before!

THE PROGRAM

  • 2 - 4x/week for 3 - 6 weeks.

  • 30 - 60 minute 1-on-1 sessions with Jonathan.

  • Advanced Primal movement (rocking, rolling, & crawling) plus energy medicine.

  • Student commits to practicing at least 5 minutes per day.

    Goal: Take your strength and conditioning to the next level, while maintaining hormonal balance and avoiding over training.
