Pure Strength does not offer programs that are designed to be passively consumed, but rather transcendent, healing experiences that inspire you to take control of your health and fitness.

Pure Strength Elements -  Primal movement (rocking, rolling, & crawling) + Energy Medicine to build a solid foundation of health and fitness.

  • Student commits to practicing the movements at least 5 minutes per day.

  • 3x/week for 3 weeks, 30 minute sessions.

Goal: Building a strong foundation for fitness: less pain, more energy, and better posture and body awareness.

WHO’S THIS FOR?

  • New mothers. (Congratulations!), highly stressed professionals, anyone just getting back into movement and exercise after a long break.

Investment:  $1,350

Energy Medicine     -      Medical Qigong: sound healing, mudra therapy, light touch healing, acupressure, and breath work.

  • 3x/week for 3 weeks, 30 minute 1-on-1 sessions.

  • Student commits to practicing movements at least 5 minutes per day.

Goal: Deep relaxation, spontaneous regeneration, hormonal balance, and trauma relief.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

  • Pre/post Natal women, pre/post menopausal women, fertility, anyone that needs to relax but hates seated meditation, healthcare professionals (doctors, therapists, healers) looking to compliment their existing healing modalities.

Investment:  $1,350

    Primal Strength     -   Advanced crawling patterns, “carries”, “get ups”, "hangs' and other dynamic, whole body movements that develop  power and transfers directly to real world activities and sports.

THE PROGRAM

  • Advanced Primal movement (rocking, rolling, & crawling) plus whole body movement skills.

  • 2 x/week for 4 weeks, 60 minute 1-on-1 sessions with Jonathan.

  • Student commits to practicing at least 5 minutes per day.

Goal: Develop deeply integrated strength and take your strength and conditioning to the next level.

WHO’S THIS FOR?

  • Non-professional athletes in good to excellent shape, professional dancers and college dance students, martial artists, anyone who has worked out regularly for 7+ years, students who have completed 1 year of training the Pure Strength Elements.

Investment:  $2,400

        Pure Light    -         A natural and practical set of movements to help you transcend depression, addiction,  pain and self-destructive habits.

THE PROGRAM

  • Energy Medicine, Medical Qigong, touch based therapy, sound healing, acupressure, and breath work.

  • 2 x/week for 4 weeks, 60 minute 1-on-1 sessions with Jonathan.

  • Student commits to practicing at least 5 minutes per day.

Goal: Release the body’s natural endorphins and "happy chemicals": dopamine, serotonin, oxytocin, and DHEA. WHO’S THIS FOR?

·        Mothers with postpartum depression, people suffering from addiction, slight to moderate PTSD, and/or depression who are looking for a practice to compliment their existing medical treatment.
