Qigong is an ancient healing art from based on Traditional Chinese Medicine that has been practiced for at least 3,000 years. Various techniques using touch, gentle movement, tapping, breathing, and sound are used to release blockages and free up the bodies innate healing force.
Currently practiced by an estimated 80 million people in China, this practice is deeply anti-inflammatory, requires no equipment, and is relatively easy to learn.
If you want to learn how to use movement to heal you body, relax, gain confidence in your body, and have more energy, this is the right program for you.
1 - 5x/week for 3 - 6 weeks.
30 minute 1-on-1 sessions with Jonathan
Medical Qigong: sound healing, mudra therapy, light touch, Lingqisu (pronounced ling-chee-su, translation: “the art of emanating healing energy.”)
Student commits to practicing movements at least 5 minutes per day.
For packages of 8 sessions or more, 1 session can be used for an Energy Medicine session with Master Hon (Jonathan’s teacher) and Jonathan at the same time.

Made for Type-A people who already have plenty of hard in their life! Work hard + play hard = a hard life! Developing the soft movements brings the body-mind-spirit into dynamic harmony, allowing one to transcend all obstacles blocking health, energy, and joy.
Tai chi and Qigong are at their core a feminine practice (unlike yoga, which is traditionally a male practice and must be “retrofitted” for women.)
