Thank You for Showing Up

Most people avoid conversations that require honesty. You didn’t.

I know I asked difficult questions. It takes courage to answer them.

Whether we end up working together or not, I hope our conversation helped you see your body, your energy, and your patterns a little more clearly.

You do not need to force yourself forward anymore. Nor do you need to wait for the perfect moment to take action.

There is another way to build strength, a holistic approach that works particularly well for two kinds of women.

#1 Women Rebuilding Strength While Raising Families

Women who spent years holding everything together for everyone else.

Balancing careers, motherhood, relationships, stress, and the quiet feeling that somewhere along the way, they had lost connection with themselves… often time to the point where they no longer felt at home in their bodies.

Usually mom in their mid 30s to mid 40s, these students were clear they need a different approach but just weren’t sure how to get started in a way that was sustainable, energizing, elegant… and most of all simple and structure so it didn’t add another layer of complexity to their dynamic lives.

Alexandra B. - Writer, Psychology Student, Business Owner & Mom of two based in NYC. Hadn’t had a great night of sleep in over a decade before starting the program.

Lauren S - Finance Professional, Mom of 1, and high-performing NYC professional who spent years taking care of everyone else before finally learning how to prioritize her own strength, energy, and well-being.

Cressida P. - NJ based mom of 3, who wanted to stop putting herself last and finally build strength, consistency, and confidence in a way that felt sustainable.

Women Navigating Midlife, Menopause & Changing Energy

Women navigating changing hormones, fatigue, poor recovery, weight shifts, disrupted sleep, and the quiet realization that the old approach was no longer working.

Many came in frustrated after years of trying harder, doing more, or feeling dismissed by traditional fitness and health advice.

What they found here was not another extreme program, but a more intelligent and compassionate approach. One that helped them rebuild strength, regulate stress, sleep better, feel safer in their body, and reconnect with a version of themselves they thought they had lost.

Cassandra K. - Global strategist, board chair, and high-performing leader who spent years operating at an elite level before discovering a more sustainable approach to strength, recovery, and nervous system regulation.

Keli D.- Executive assistant, grandmother of 1, mother of 4, and NYC transplant who started strength training for the first time while navigating stress, changing energy, and the desire to finally prioritize herself after years of caring for everyone else.

What makes this different from just getting a trainer a few times per week?

Most personal training focuses on workouts.

This work looks at the bigger picture: your nervous system, recovery, stress patterns, energy, mindset, and relationship with your body.

The goal is not just to make you tired. It is to help you become stronger in a way your body can actually sustain.

Getting a personal trainer is like eating an apple a few times a week; a great idea but probably life changing only after decades of implementation.

Breathe Move Nourish is a holistic lifestyle program, it’s more like a full diet plan, giving women who’ve been stuck for decades the highest chance of totally transforming their relationship to fitness, food and their body in a matter of weeks instead of decades.

Who is this for?

This work tends to resonate most with intelligent, high-functioning women who are successful in many areas of life, but feel disconnected from their bodies, exhausted by stress, or frustrated that the old approach is no longer working.

Especially:

  • women 35+

  • mothers

  • professionals

  • women navigating midlife or menopause

  • women tired of punishment-based fitness

Who is this NOT for?

This is probably not the right fit if:

  • you are looking for the cheapest or fastest solution

  • you want aggressive, punishment-based fitness

  • you are unwilling to slow down and listen to your body

  • you are looking for a generic gym experience

How long do clients stay?

Because this work is personalized and inquiry-based, the answer is different for everyone.

About half of my students complete the first phase of the program, usually around three months, and leave feeling significantly stronger, more confident, and clear on how to continue supporting themselves on their own.

Others choose to stay much longer.

Not because they are dependent on coaching, but because for the first time in years, their health and fitness finally feel simple, sustainable, and supportive instead of confusing and exhausting.

They no longer have to constantly second-guess:

  • what workout they should be doing

  • whether they are pushing too hard

  • what to eat

  • how to adjust when stress, hormones, travel, work, or life changes

The structure adapts with them.

What often begins as a goal around weight loss, strength, or energy gradually becomes something much deeper: better sleep, healthier boundaries, more self-trust, a calmer nervous system, and a more connected relationship with their body.

For long-term students, this stops feeling like “being on a program.” It simply becomes the easiest way to take care of themselves.

What Makes This Different?

Most women who find their way here are not starting from zero.

They are intelligent, capable, and already trying very hard.

They’ve done the workouts.
Followed the plans.
Pushed themselves.
Read the books.
Listened to the podcasts.
Tried to “get back on track” more times than they can count.

And yet, many still feel exhausted, disconnected from their body, frustrated by inconsistent results, or quietly overwhelmed by how much mental energy it all takes.

This work is different because it looks at the bigger picture.

Not just workouts, but:

  • your nervous system

  • recovery

  • stress patterns

  • energy

  • sleep

  • habits

  • mindset

  • and the relationship you have with your body itself

The goal is not just to make you tired.

It is to help you become stronger in a way your body can actually sustain.

For many women, this is the first time fitness stops feeling like punishment, pressure, or another thing to fail at.

Instead, it becomes a way to rebuild trust with themselves.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is this different from therapy?

Therapy can be incredibly valuable, and many women I work with are already in therapy.

This work is different because it is body-based, practical, and experiential. While not therapy, it can therepautic effects.

We are not only talking about stress, burnout, boundaries, or overwhelm. We are working directly with the body through movement, breathwork, strength training, recovery practices, nervous system regulation, and daily habits.

The goal is not just insight. It is helping your body actually feel different.

I’ve tried everything. Why would this be different?

Many women who come here feel exactly that way.

Not because they are failing, but because they are overwhelmed by conflicting information and trying to force their body through approaches that no longer match what it actually needs.

Most women in midlife do not need more intensity.
They need a more intelligent and personalized approach.

One that accounts for:

  • stress

  • recovery

  • hormones

  • nervous system fatigue

  • lifestyle

  • sleep

  • and the reality of being a high-functioning adult with real responsibilities

Instead of constantly starting over, the goal becomes building something sustainable.

What if I’ve never liked strength training?

That is more common than you think. Many women associate strength training with punishment, intimidation, gym culture, or feeling judged.

This approach is very different.

Strength training here is treated as a skill.
Not a performance.

The goal is not to crush yourself.
It is to gradually build confidence, resilience, capability, and trust in your body.

Most women start much slower than they expect.
And many are surprised by how empowering it eventually feels.

Is this very intense?

Not necessarily.

Everything is personalized based on where you are starting, your energy, stress levels, injuries, schedule, recovery capacity, and goals.

For some women, the first step is learning how to slow down, breathe properly, sleep better, and stop overwhelming their nervous system.

The goal is not maximum intensity.
It is intelligent progression.

We want your body to feel better because of your training, not more depleted by it.

What if I’m already exhausted?

Then pushing harder is defintely not the answer.

Many women arrive here in a “wired but tired” state: high-functioning on the outside, but running on stress and adrenaline underneath.

The work often begins by helping the body feel safer, calmer, and more supported before aggressively chasing performance or fat loss goals.

Ironically, many women start getting stronger once they stop fighting their body all the time. All students are also taught the primal energy practice as the foundation of their program. These movements invite the opposite state of wired but tired, aka calm yet energized. Yes, it is possible.

Why do women stay so long?

Because eventually this stops feeling like “being on a program.”

Women often come in wanting to lose weight, get stronger, or feel better physically.

But many stay because life becomes simpler.

They stop second-guessing:

  • what workout they should do

  • whether they are pushing too hard

  • what diet they should follow

  • how to adjust when life gets stressful again

The structure adapts with them.

What starts as fitness often becomes something much deeper:
better sleep, healthier boundaries, more confidence, more self-trust, and a calmer relationship with their body.

For many women, it is the first approach that actually feels sustainable.

You Don’t Need to Decide Right This Second

Real change usually starts with honesty, not urgency.

If something about this work resonated with you, trust that.

You do not need to have everything figured out before taking the next step.

But yes, you will LOVE the way you look too :-)
