Competing/performing under a high level of stress is a skill in and of itself, one that must be approached methodically and trained specifically. On the great fields/arenas/stages of life, there are no second chances. Without this unique ability to master one’s own physiology, all the strength, skill, talent, and conditioning in the world will utterly fail at the moment of truth.

Having 20+ years of experience competing in extremely intense events on a national level - including a 13th place finish at the Empire State Building Run Up, 7th place finish at a Spartan Sprint, and competing on national television on American Ninja Warrior - I’ve recognized a very predictable rhythm of energy that manifests in anticipation of and during high level competition and performances, regardless of the sport or art form.

This pattern of energy flow can be mastered through very specific exercises and training scenarios, allowing the athlete or artist to move well beyond the realm of their own perceived limitations.


  • 2- 5x/week for 3 - 6 weeks.

  • 45 or 60m minute 1-on-1 sessions with Jonathan

  • Advanced holistic exercises in movement meditation, rapid recovery, visualization, breathing, end high level stress management.

  • Student commits to practicing movements at least 5 minutes per day.

  • For packages of 8 sessions or more, 1 session can be used for an Energy Medicine session with Master Hon (Jonathan’s teacher) and Jonathan at the same time.

    Goal: Mastery of “sub-conscious” physiology in chaotic, stressful situations for next level performance results.


  • Moderate to high level athletes preparing for a competition.

  • Artistic performers (dancers, actors, stunt professionals).

  • Very fit “everyday” people who have been working out consistently for 10+ years.

  • High level athletes or veterans suffering from slight to moderate Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
