1 Year Anniversary - Energy Medicine for Heroes.png

What if you could support the many kinds of heroes - nurses, doctors, first responders, and freedom fighters working on the front lines of this microbial world war - while staying at home and staying healthy, fit and happy?

Join our online movement classes and you’ll learn how to use energy medicine to boost your immune system, relieve mental stress and just feel better while at the same time supporting our health care heroes; every paid attendee creates a free spot for an essential worker plus 25% of the class fee will be donated to COVID-19 relief efforts in NYC.

  • All classes use zoom video, can be done anywhere and require ZERO equipment.

  • Energy medicine is like a moving meditation that is gentle, feels good to practice, and deeply healing.

  • Classes are 30 minutes long, beginners are very welcome, and you don’t have to share you’re video.

  • Classes are 100% for health care heroes.

Jonathan’s classes feel amazing and allow me to build my inner strength so that I can fight whatever may come my way.

You have no idea how much of a difference these classes are making in my life. I have felt so overwhelmed recently and these practices and movements are completely restoring me into a state of safety and peace within myself. I can’t wait to continue.

  • Fight Club - (Medium to High Intensity) - this fun, high intensity class uses primal movement, kung fu, and boxing to help connect with your inner warrior, process anger in a healthy way, and stimulate the cardiovascular system.

  • Qi Flow - (Low Intensity) - taught by movement specialist Alexandra Damiani, this class offers gentle qigong movements that link together to create a healing flow of energy that radiates from the inside out, allowing you to balance the immune and endocrine systems naturally.

  • Primal Flow for Dancers - (Medium to High Intensity) - this class uses advanced primal movements and animal forms - like the scorpion, deep ape, inversions, and beast crawl - to develop whole body integrated strength, precision, mobility, and agility. This class is only recommended for dancers, athletes, and established yoga practitioners.

  • Health Heroes - (Low Intensity) - this class emphasizes breathing techniques, movements, and acupressure points for calming the nervous system, preventing lung infections, and processing trauma, anxiety, and emotional stress.

I can compare Jonathan’s classes to getting a long needed warm hug. It’s healing, nourishing, medicinal and you ALWAYS leave feeling damn good! In one class, I felt all this physical and emotional stress leaving my body, and that was amazing.
