Pure Light

Like being constantly submerged, partly incapacitated, or energetically imprisoned, depression is a whole universe of symptoms that prevents us from living our best life. With the chronic stresses and fast pace of modern day life, many people find themselves depressed and lacking energy. Many of us self-medicate this imbalance by making ourselves very busy and often by getting addicted: to work, sex, alcohol, food, email, or instagram, just to name a few :-)

There’s no shame in it, and there is a natural way off of the continuous loop of depression and desperation that many of us find ourselves riding. Medical Qigong offers a totally natural, non invasive, DIY, and practical system of tools that can help you relax, spark joy in your body and transcend pain and self-destructive habits.

*Please note, I am not a Medical doctor. This program is meant to compliment your existing medical treatment and not replace it entirely.

THE PROGRAM

  • 1 - 5x/week for 3 - 6 weeks.

  • 30 minute 1-on-1 sessions with Jonathan

  • Medical Qigong: sound healing, mudra therapy, light touch, Lingqisu (pronounced ling-chee-su, translation: “the art of emanating healing energy.”)

  • Student commits to practicing movements at least 5 minutes per day.

  • For packages of 8 sessions or more, 1 session can be used for an Energy Medicine session with Master Hon (Jonathan’s teacher) and Jonathan at the same time.

Goals: Release the body’s natural endorphins and neurotransmitters, such as dopamine, serotonin, oxytocin, and DHEA. Provide the student with a custom daily practice than can use to boost their mood instantly.
